Shirley’s Apothecary sits on SwissX Island. Licensed by the Government of Antigua & Barbuda to produce plant-wellness medicinal oils, tinctures, and medical-grade extracts. The house bottle is Soursop Gold Reserve Comfort Oil. At the counter, flavor is added plant extract, chosen from a menu of dozens of blends.

The counter works from the same materials as the house oil: soursop leaf, virgin coconut, gold saffron, chlorophyll. A custom blend is built from that bench, not from a catalogue of cure claims.

A custom blend starts there. Flavor is the next step: added plant extracts, and fruit terpenes from this island — Julie mango, Antigua black pineapple, sugar apple, golden apple — infused with the leaf so the apothecary is a synthesis of compounds. Every SwissX Island product is tested at SwissX Labs Zurich and at the Department of Analytical Services, Antigua and Barbuda. The 30 ml, the 250 ml, the lip salve, the gummies, the candle, the soap, SoilBooster, the serums, and Shirley’s master blends. A test is not a disease-cure claim.
