AIRPORT
V.C. Bird (ANU). Official board fares (confirm at the desk): St. John’s city about US$11 / EC$29; Villa about US$13 / EC$34 per car, 1–4 people. Fifteen to twenty minutes in clear traffic.
HOTEL TAXI
Dickenson Bay / Fort James area is posted around US$12 from town. Five Islands / Hawksbill band is higher. Jolly Harbour from St. John’s is about US$20. Ask the front desk to call a licensed car to The Cove.
BUS
West Bus Station by the Public Market. All Saints Road / Villa buses. Cheap (a few EC). Not for tight ship times — flag stops, no A/C, thin evening service.
CAR
Drive on the left. Market Street → Long Street → All Saints Road (A1), then The Cove / Villa. Parking at the gate — ask first.

If you only have the ship, skip the hotel and taxi straight from Heritage Quay. Budget 15–20 minutes in the taxi queue on multi-ship days. Be back at the pier with a real buffer — rain jams downtown.
